Katja Berlin is going on a major tour through Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in the fall of 2026 with her successful series “Die Torten der Wahrheit.” The centerpiece of the new stage program is her current book “When an Idea is Considered Good.”
For years, Katja Berlin has captivated millions of audiences with her legendary pie charts. What began as a satirical infographic has long evolved into its own stage format: clever, pointed, unexpectedly political – and always deeply funny.
Her latest book “When an Idea is Considered Good” collects the most recent socially critical graphics from Katja Berlin on the major issues of our time: right-wing shifts, climate crisis, misogyny, social cutbacks, and why online shopping is so annoying.
She now brings these topics live to the stage – with new charts, sharp wit, and precise observational skills. Between statistics, satire, and self-irony, she breaks down decision-making processes, majority opinions, and societal dynamics into their components. What appears soberly turns out to be a highly comedic analysis of our time.
