Weather change at Eisbrecher. The successful representatives of Neue Deutsche Härte are coming to Z7 for an exclusive Swiss show with their album "Kaltfront°!". The 2026 tour promises yet again exhilarating energy, strong stage presence, old and new hits, and the perfect mix of power and elegance.

With "Kaltfront°!", Eisbrecher made a convincing return in March 2025. The tenth studio album marks a new beginning after challenging years, during which the band had to reinvent itself both personally and musically. The latest work elevates the band to a new level. The songs are uncompromising, loud, and at the same time imbued with emotional depth that captivates the listener immediately. All good things come in threes: After the celebrated shows in autumn 2024 and December 2025, the world's only all-female Deep Purple tribute band Strange Kind of Women will return to the Z7 in 2026. The five musicians will bring the magic of the British hard rock legend authentically and with unbridled joy to our venue once again on September 18.

Only a few tribute bands manage to actually come close to their role models in show and sound. Strange Kind of Women deliver outstanding work that has been praised by fans and critics alike. What the rock ladies are capable of was personally experienced by Deep Purple drummer Ian Paice. At a concert in Graz, he couldn't resist rocking out with Strange Kind of Women. Afterwards, he said, "It's really great fun to play with them. They do a fantastic job, have a great sound, and give their all on stage. I really enjoyed the joint performance." The band members are all professional musicians who have already celebrated success with various other formations. Band leader and guitarist Eliana Cargnelutti is the great new hope of the Italian blues-rock scene. The Italian-Canadian singer Victoria Moro aka Ronnie Grace acts as the frontwoman. They are accompanied by Chiara Cotugno (drums), Margherita Gruden (Hammond, keys), and Paola Zadra (bass). When Deep Purple co-founded the hard rock scene in the 70s with songs like "Highway Star," "Child In Time," or "Smoke On The Water," the five musicians had not yet been born. However, for the past few years, they have been expressing their love for this music in passionate stage performances, providing an exhilarating impression of the work of the iconic rock formation that was founded in London in 1968. With his untamed guitar power, soulful vocals, and fine mix of blues and hard rock, Eric Steckel will be performing at Z7 again this year. The new album “Sandstorm” (Release: April 2026) showcases the musician more focused and explosive than ever. Heavy riffs, intense solos, and contemporary songwriting merge into a modern, powerful sound that excites both blues purists and hard rock fans.

Although he is only in his mid-30s, Eric Steckel already enjoys cult status in the international guitar scene and has an impressive resume. His debut album “A Few Degrees Warmer” was recorded live in April 2002 when he was just eleven years old. It didn’t take long for Eric to perform at the Sarasota Blues Festival, where his performance quickly became the talk of the day. And before the night was over, the newcomer was introduced by British blues-rock legend John Mayall as the youngest guitarist to ever take the stage with his Bluesbreakers. Steckel is a gifted musician who sometimes records an album almost entirely on his own and takes responsibility for piano, organ, bass, guitars, vocals, and production in the studio. With over 20 years of experience on stage and in the studio, Eric consistently delivers his characteristic blend of rock, blues, and blues metal to guitar lovers worldwide.

In October 2025, Steckel appeared with his power trio for the first time at Z7. Anyone who experienced the incredible show will surely not want to miss the concert next September. With the song “When It Rains, It Pours,” the exceptional artist gave a first taste of the new album “Sandstorm”: emotional vocals meet dynamic arrangements and a guitar sound that is raw, modern, and unmistakably Eric Steckel. Finland's most popular soprano voice, Tarja Turunen, returns to the Z7 with brand new material. After two celebrated "Living The Dream" greatest hits shows, during which she reflected on her successful career, we are excited to welcome the iconic metal singer back in October with her brand new album.

Over the past three years, Tarja Turunen has been touring with her "Living The Dream" greatest hits tours. Sometimes solo, sometimes together with her old Nightwish companion Marko Hietala. In between, she was a guest at "Rock Meets Classics" and gave festive Christmas concerts. But now the time is ripe for the next chapter in the singer's career. After seven long years, a new studio album by Tarja will be released in spring 2026. In autumn, the big album release tour will follow, bringing the artist to the Z7 on October 9th with her new material.

As a soprano, composer, and songwriter, co-founder, voice, and face of Nightwish, Tarja Turunen has significantly shaped the genre of Symphonic Metal for nine years. During this time, she was awarded numerous gold and platinum awards and was crowned the queen of the genre. After leaving the band, Tarja launched a successful solo career, resulting in six metal albums as well as several classical works and live releases. Her extraordinary abilities also led Tarja to fantastic collaborations. She has performed with shock rock legend Alice Cooper, symphonic colleagues Within Temptation, the German electronic artist Schiller, metal queen Doro Pesch, and the British "Father of Tubular Bells" Mike Oldfield, among others. However, the unique blend of Tarja's classical and rock influences continues to be best showcased in her solo releases. Marc Storace’s 75th Birthday Bash – A Rock Legend Celebration

75 years of Marc Storace. A voice that has written rock history. In October 2026, the legendary singer will celebrate his milestone birthday with a very special evening at Z7: a unique Birthday Bash full of hard rock, companions, and musical surprises. A celebration for fans – and for a career that is unmatched.

Born on October 7, 1951, in Malta, Marc Storace became one of the most influential voices in European hard rock. With Krokus, he certainly made music history and shaped the sound of an entire scene for decades.

After a brief forced pause during the pandemic, Storace opened a new chapter and founded Storace – a project that gave him creative freedom and consistently developed his musical signature. The albums Live And Let Live (2021) and Crossfire (2024) showcased a singer at the peak of his art: rough, charismatic, and unmistakable.

His 75th birthday will now be the occasion for a special evening at Z7. The concert evening is deliberately divided into two parts: First, a regular set with STORACE, followed by a second part that is all about surprises. Musicians who have accompanied Marc Storace on his journey or are particularly close to him will join him on stage. Who will be there exactly? We won’t reveal it all at once. The British retro-prog formation Big Big Train will come to Pratteln in autumn 2026. With the comprehensive concert recording “Are We Nearly There Yet? – Live Around The World”, the band released an exciting documentation of their last tours in October 2025. On the upcoming European tour, the band will once again present songs from all phases of their three-and-a-half-decade career.

Big Big Train continues to demonstrate high productivity even after 35 years: For the past 10 years, at least one studio and/or live album has been released each year. The amount does not detract from the quality. The creativity of the musicians remains unbroken. Founded in 1990 in Bournemouth, Big Big Train has become internationally successful protagonists of the progressive rock genre with 17 studio albums, various EPs, and live releases, and can look back on high international chart positions (#1 in the UK rock charts), various prestigious awards (4-time winners of the Progressive Music Awards), and countless sold-out concerts. Big Big Train remains true to their roots but also explores new paths. They incorporate influences from various genres and assert themselves as skilled boundary crossers between pop, rock, and prog in the style of English bands from the early 70s. In September 2023, Big Big Train last performed at Z7 with their “The Journey Continues Tour.” The colleagues from diebuehrers.com wrote about the live spectacle: “The 7-member band and their additional brass section immediately showed why they rightfully storm the charts. The multi-talented international band from Great Britain, the USA, Italy, Sweden, and Norway consisted of lead singer Alberto Bravin (PFM), drummer Nick D'Virgilio (Genesis, Spock's Beard, Tears For Fears), guitarist/keyboardist Rikard Sjöblom (Beardfish, Gungfly), violinist Clare Lindley (Stackridge), bassist Gregory Spawton, keyboardist Oskar Holldorff (Dim Gray), and the rising guitar star Maria Barbieri. With a varied setlist, the band offered a great selection of classics and, of course, songs from their new album ‘Ingenious Devices’. It was a really strong rolling prog train.” Meanwhile, another studio album titled “The Likes Of Us” has been added in 2024. In October 2025, the live recording “Are We Nearly There Yet? – Live Around The World” followed, documenting the British band's fantastic concerts from recent years. For this, Gregory Spawton and exceptional singer Alberto Bravin selected the best recordings from the past tours. Black Star Riders & Tyketto - Rock’n’Roll Salvation Tour 2026

HARD ROCK ANTHEMS AT YOUR DISPOSAL

Founded in 2012 as a successor project to Thin Lizzy, Black Star Riders have long established themselves as an independent force in the rock circus. Now, after nine long years, the band led by frontman Ricky Warwick returns to the Z7. As co-headliners, they bring the 90s heroes Tyketto with their brand new album to Pratteln.

Ricky Warwick is a busy man. Besides his activities with The Almighty, as a solo artist, and at occasional Thin Lizzy shows, he also continues to lead Black Star Riders as singer, guitarist, and main songwriter. Even after the departure of Scott Gorham, dissolving the band was never up for debate: "Scott wanted us to continue," Warwick stated. "My belief in this band remains unbroken." The album "Wrong Side Of Paradise" (2023) underscores this with catchy rock anthems and a touch of Phil Lynott. Warwick processes personal themes within it and consciously opts for a positive mindset. Live, the band has long moved away from the strong Lizzy influence and impresses with original material, without forgetting their roots.

TYKETTO: In the early 90s, they were among the great hopes of melodic hard rock with "Don't Come Easy" and "Strength in Numbers." However, the grunge boom halted their rise, and after "Shine" (1996), the band disbanded. Since their comeback in 2012, Tyketto has been active again, re-establishing old strengths with albums like "Reach." In 2026, a new work titled "Closer To The Sun" will be released, addressing themes of love, loss, and life. Musically, the band stays true to their melodic sound, thereby solidifying their status in the scene. On tour, they combine classics from the 90s with new material.

Rosalie Cunningham is considered one of the greatest musical talents in Great Britain. Classic Rock magazine exclaims: “If Kate Bush and The Beatles had a joint baby, it would be Rosalie Cunningham,” and Metal Hammer knows: “Rosalie Cunningham is a rockstar.” In October, the multifaceted artist will come to Switzerland with her fascinating mix of rock, folk, prog, jazz, goth, and pop.

Rosalie Cunningham is a musical all-round talent. At the tender age of 16, the Brit founded the psychedelic rock girl quartet Ipso Facto in 2007, which made waves with four singles. This was followed by various jobs as a backing vocalist and keyboardist for bands such as Magazine, The Last Shadow Puppets, Cathedral, or These New Puritans. As a guitarist, she was part of Willy Moon's band and toured as the opening act for Jack White. In 2011, Rosalie Cunningham founded the psychedelic band Purson, only to explore new paths again after six exciting years. Rosalie wrote countless songs that she began performing under her own name starting in 2019. Critics' acclaim quickly followed; her self-titled debut album made its way into annual best-of lists in several European countries. The "Prog" magazine even ranked her among the ten best female musicians of all time, and in a reader survey, Cunningham was voted the best singer. Over the years, the music has become more intricate, with songwriting not relying on gimmicks but captivating through a range of sounds and both vocal and instrumental excellence. Under his leadership, Fischer-Z became a staple of the New Wave and post-punk scene in the late 70s and early 80s. With classics like “The Worker,” “So Long,” “Marliese,” “Red Skies Over Paradise,” and “Room Service,” the band has profoundly influenced several generations of music lovers. Fischer-Z were successful across Europe and sold over two million albums. They collaborated with Peter Gabriel, Steve Cropper, and Dexys Midnight Runners. They performed alongside James Brown in East Berlin and toured with The Police and Dire Straits. They also accompanied Bob Marley on his last festival tour across Europe and toured in the USA and Canada. In 1982, Watts disbanded Fischer-Z to pursue a solo career. He revived the name Fischer-Z in 1987 with a new lineup. John Watts has since released 26 albums and played around 4000 concerts with his band or as a solo artist. New material continues to be released regularly. Most recently, “Triptych” was released in May 2024. The current Fischer-Z studio album marks a return to familiar sounds and themes with new freshness and provides an impressive retrospective of John Watts' life and previous career. Watts has found, as a constantly reinventing artist, that many of his works over the last 50 years of his musical career repeatedly address the same driving themes that are just as relevant today as they were 50 years ago: Love, Power, People - and how they interact with one another. In the anniversary shows of the “50th Anniversary Tour” across Europe, Watts and his companions will present us a best-of set featuring classics from the extensive Fischer-Z discography.

In the 70s, the English band Genesis was one of the Big Four of Progressive Rock alongside King Crimson, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, and Yes. The Italian band The Watch takes us on a trip to the early days of the influential prog rockers. With “Tales from 1970 - 1976,” they dive deep into the time when Peter Gabriel was the frontman of Genesis.

Turning back time to experience the magic of a 70s rock concert. That is exactly what The Watch from Italy makes possible. The internationally celebrated prog rock band brings the music of the early Genesis era to the stage with impressive authenticity. In intense, detail-loving performances, they revive the feeling and sound of the Gabriel era. Even before Genesis celebrated their worldwide breakthrough, the musicians were a class of their own. For nearly four decades, the British progressive metal kings Threshold have consistently delivered high-quality material. In 2026, they will celebrate a major anniversary. With the “Hypothetical - 25th Anniversary Tour,” we will enjoy one of the strongest albums from the South English band. Additionally, there will be other classics and fan favorites from Threshold, along with a top-notch special guest in the supporting act.

They are the undisputed kings of British prog metal. Founded in 1988 by guitarist Karl Groom in Southern England, Threshold has always been a unique endeavor. Driven by youthful confidence and enthusiasm, the band quickly developed into Britain’s leading force in the realm of progressive metal. Now, nearly four decades have passed, and Threshold continues to hold strong at the top of the scene. From early works like “Wounded Land” (1993) and “Psychedelicatessen” (1994) to the triumph of more recent successful albums like “For The Journey” (2014) and “Legends Of The Shires” (2017), and most recently “Dividing Lines” (2022), the band has continually demonstrated their impressive songwriting qualities, which have never been swayed by fleeting trends. Thus, the band remains a driving institution within the genre.

In 2001, Threshold released one of their most important albums with their fifth studio full-length “Hypothetical.” Metal.de was inspired by what they heard to write a superlative review: “'Hypothetical' is the best progressive metal album I have come across in two years. Even the last Ayreon double album falls short in comparison. Yet 'Hypothetical' is by no means a CD solely for musicians. The songs are so catchy and melodic that even 'ordinary' listeners should have no trouble grasping the material.” This primarily distinguishes the band from their big American counterparts Dream Theater: While the latter tends to go big, showy, and flaunt virtuosity, Threshold adopts a subtly British approach on “Hypothetical,” using their instrumental abilities to deliver one classy song after another. For over 30 years, Clawfinger has belonged to the top tier of the international crossover scene. With their hits, they have shaped the scene like hardly any other band. On Halloween Saturday, the Swedish-Norwegian genre pioneers will come to our concert venue with their new studio album "Before We All Die" and numerous hits from their long career.

Clawfinger burst onto the international music scene in 1993 with a loud bang. Their debut album "Deaf Dumb Blind" became a worldwide success with tracks like "Nigger," "The Truth," and "Warfair," and is still considered a groundbreaking milestone today. Clawfinger not only created a new music style with their mix of metal, rap, and electronic elements but also addressed socially critical and unvarnished issues in their songs: Clawfinger managed to speak to an entire generation's soul. Today, the profound hit factory of the crossover scene enjoys absolute cult status. The last album "Life Will Kill You" is already 18 years old, but now there is finally new material: "Before We All Die" (Release February 20, 2026) is the name of the new studio record. Frontman Zak Tell is back with hard-hitting lyrics: "This is not about peace. This is about spreading the truth, no matter how terrible it may be. And that's exactly why we do it." Clawfinger addresses topics such as environmental destruction, political hypocrisy, and personal disillusionment up to collective denial on "Before We All Die." "This album consists of one-third protest, one-third therapy, and one-third middle finger," he adds. "Unfortunately, we can't just pull solutions out of the hat, but at least we rebel because being silent would mean the end for all of us." Already the first single "Scum" clearly shows the direction they are going. The band criticizes corrupt leaders, feigned morality, and the growing mob driven by right-wing ideologies. Zak: "'Scum' is a raw, loud, and brutally honest punk-rap track that hits hard. It targets those who are selfish, sexist, and narcissistic and won’t stop talking. With razor-sharp lyrics and a beat like a punch to the face, 'Scum' says exactly what we think about those guys who should just disappear. The song is immensely angry, dark, and direct. If you've ever wanted to spit in someone's face but lacked the courage or it was socially unacceptable, then this track is just right for you."

Black Sabbitch - All Female Black Sabbath Tribute

"We don't just want to play Black Sabbath, we want to feel Black Sabbath from the bottom of our hearts." With this intent, the American all-female formation Black Sabbitch returns to Z7 two years after their celebrated Swiss premiere to once again immerse us in the early songs of the British metal pioneers deep into the seventies.

Black Sabbitch is not an ordinary tribute band. The four ladies from the USA impress even die-hard Sabbath devotees and have earned the respect of critics and musicians alike. They were personally invited by Sharon Osbourne to open for Ozzy. They rocked on the iconic Kiss-Cruise, as well as at the legendary Cal Jam with Iggy Pop and the Foo Fighters. Dave Grohl shortly thereafter shared photos of the band's performance on his social media channels and wrote, "We were fascinated and listened intently." By now, Black Sabbitch has become a true festival favorite, regularly performing with some of the biggest acts in the world or thrilling Black Sabbath fans at their intense club shows. They often present varying setlists consisting of all-time classics and long-forgotten gems from the iconic Ozzy phase of the legends from the working-class city of Birmingham. "We are not an ordinary tribute band. We are the female Black Sabbath," confidently states Angie Scarpa, the drummer of Black Sabbitch. Founded fourteen years ago in LA, the musicians do not simply want to cover Black Sabbath's songs. "Since I have always been a huge fan of the band, I didn't want to just play covers in another boring ‘Hey, we sound like their records’ band. It had to feel right from the start. Just like it must have felt to see and hear Black Sabbath in 1972." With their concerts, the ladies regularly manage to transport their fans back to the seventies. With songs from the early days, when Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward traveled from the West Midlands to the wide world to make music history with their innovative, heavy, and dark rock sound. In the summer of 2013, Black Sabbitch played their very first show in West Hollywood. Since then, the quartet has been regularly touring the USA. In 2022, they expanded their activities to the UK, and in 2024, they performed at Wacken and played additional dates on the European mainland, including the Swiss premiere at Z7. Diebuehrers.com judged the performance in November 2024: "With strong stage presence and enormous musical ability, they powerfully showcased the dark and heavy sounds of songs like ‘War Pigs’ and ‘Children of the Grave’" and "the audience celebrated every minute of this intense set."

For the sixteenth time, the Americans Kamelot will perform in our concert factory in the fall of 2026. Over the past three and a half decades, the Americans have earned a reputation as one of the most influential and innovative Melodic Power & Symphonic Metal bands in the world. On November 6, 2026, they will come to the Z7 with their classics, a brand-new studio album, and guests Exit Eden and Temperance. A hot autumn night is guaranteed!

In April 2025, Kamelot posted a concert photo from the Z7 on their social media channels with the following text: “Switzerland!! See you in 2026!!” And yes, they are coming back to us at the Z7! On November 6, Kamelot will present new songs and a new stage show. With their unique blend of Symphonic, Melodic, and Power Metal, the US band is one of the most successful in the scene. Kamelot has already played ahead of Nightwish and Within Temptation at the top level. Founded in 1991, Kamelot has grown with the Z7. What first made its mark in Switzerland in 1998 as a curious young band became an act that was often featured on Viva and MTV and is now indispensable in the metal scene. In November 2026, the quintet will take the stage at the Z7 for the sixteenth time. Over the years, the band, centered around the last remaining founding member Thomas Youngblood, has refined their sound from album to album. Almost unusually for an American band, the group presents European songs that obtain a bombastic touch with opulent orchestral parts. Hardline - European Tour 2026

With the melodic rock hits from the debut album "Double Eclipse," the group Hardline achieved cult status in the early 90s. Singer Johnny Gioeli has continued the legacy of the AOR band since then with changing musicians. In November 2026, Hardline will once again review old and new songs at Z7. As support, Sevi from Bulgaria will rock our stage. The band, led by singer Svetlana Bliznakova, has accompanied Hardline several times in Pratteln and made a fantastic impression.

With the album "Double Eclipse," Hardline established a monument in 1992. With the highest musical quality, fantastic melodies, a unique voice, and the perfect mix of power and emotion, Hardline delivered a milestone of AOR with their debut. Every song has hit potential and still makes the hearts of melodic hard rock fans soar today. The lineup from the 92 album is long gone, but powerhouse Johnny Gioeli has repeatedly revived the band and carried on the legacy with changing musicians. Meanwhile, what started as an all-star project has become a real band. Since the release of the album "Danger Zone" in 2012, Hardline has offered a straightforward, riff-based melodic hard rock sound that represents a continuous development of the sound offering. Presented by a group of musicians who have become a unity, with each member contributing their personality and strengths to the anthemic rock songs. The expressiveness of singer Johnny Gioeli combined with the production and songwriting skills of Alessandro Del Vecchio (Revolution Saints, Jorn etc.), the shredding talents of guitarist Andrea Seveso, and the powerful rhythm section consisting of bassist Anna Portalupi and drummer Marco Di Salvia merge into an unbeatable entity. The Musketeer rockers dArtagnan celebrate the first decade of their fantastic career with the "Helden & Hymnen - Jubiläumstour 2026". The opening acts will be the folk-metal pirates Storm Seeker and the folk-punk tough guys Doppelbock.

The three friends Ben Metzner, Tim Bernhard, and Gustavo Strauss from Nuremberg, better known as dArtagnan, confidently promote their atmospheric folk-rock hit sound as Musketeer rock. What does it sound like? "Many of our songs are closely intertwined with traditional songs, with melodies that echoed through the streets hundreds of years ago. And yet, our music certainly still fits into today's time." Since 2015, dArtagnan has been winning the hearts of listeners with their hits, storming the charts, and receiving numerous awards. In November, we present the fattest Metalcore package of the year 2026. The relentless tour convoy is led by the scene giants ERRA and Currents, who together form the spearhead of this tour as co-headliners. While ERRA sets another milestone in their career with the new album "Silence Outlives The Earth," Currents delivers the perfect counterpoint of hardness and atmosphere with their current EP "All That Follows." Supporting acts Caskets and Aviana will ensure multiple coregasms.

ERRA:
Founded in 2009 in Birmingham, Alabama, ERRA represents modern progressive metalcore with technical finesse and plenty of atmosphere. After performances at international festivals such as Wacken, Hellfest, or Sweden Rock, and shows with big names like Kiss, ZZ Top, Black Stone Cherry, Joe Bonamassa, or Die Toten Hosen, as well as tours with artists like the Scorpions, Saxon, Accept, and Tremonti, along with countless club shows as headliners, The New Roses are now familiar to every fan of refined 80s rock. The quartet from the Hessian capital also entered the legendary Kiss Cruise in 2018 and 2019 as the first German band. So far, the band has released six acclaimed albums. Musically, the band delivers top-notch American rock. Bon Jovi in their prime are often referenced. There are plenty of stadium-worthy songs, hard riffs, and powerful drumming, catchy choruses, and pronounced melodies alternating with authentic rockin' Americana tracks. And of course, The New Roses always show their softer side. At times, a gripping mid-tempo ballad or a touching acoustic piece resonates, where frontman Timmy showcases the full range of his voice. NEW ALBUM – OLD RAGE

The NY hardcore legends Pro-Pain are back in action. For the 35th anniversary of the formation, guitarist Eric Klinger has returned. With the album "Stone Cold Anger," there is finally new Pro-Pain music again. The hefty new record shows that the band led by singer/bassist Gary Meskil has lost none of its original force and unrestrained rage from its early days.

Surpassing themselves with each new album is probably the biggest challenge for a band. Especially when eleven years have passed since the last release and the predecessor made quite an impact. To achieve this ambitious goal, Pro-Pain has brought back their old guitarist Eric Klinger. And even the two advance singles from the new album "Stone Cold Anger" (release: May 15, 26) have shown that Pro-Pain need not worry about their reputation as an exceptional presence in the New York hardcore scene. Since their groundbreaking debut album "Foul Taste Of Freedom," which was nominated for various awards in the early nineties, the uncompromising group led by band founder Gary Meskil has earned the affection and respect of countless fans around the world and is rightly considered a true hardcore metal legend today. All albums are hard to surpass in intensity, inspiration, and honesty. And the latest offering is no exception. After the long release hiatus, the hardcore heavyweights are back with album number 16 in a loud way. On their label debut at Napalm Records, the scene icons show themselves from their most explosive side: "Stone Cold Anger" is, as the title suggests, angry and weighs a ton. Pro-Pain has lost none of their power. Exceptionally catchy, the new album supports gripping melodies with both inciting angry and anthemic vocals, making the new songs worthy successors to the 3.5 million times streamed hit "Voice Of Rebellion" (2015). The long-awaited work opens with the hard-hitting "Oceans Of Blood," an energetic track that immediately confirms that Pro-Pain are unstoppable even after three and a half decades. ZOMBIE-METAL IN Z7

Fascinating storytelling, brilliant songwriting, and musical skill: with these ingredients, the Nuremberg-based Dominum conquered the metal scene three years ago. In December 2026, Dr. Dead and his zombies will present their unrestrained power metal with horror appeal for the first time as headliners on our stage. They will bring their new third album (Release: July 2026) along on tour.

The Nuremberg power metal sensation Dominum burst onto the scene in 2023 with a bang: they immediately reached the top 20 of the German album charts with their debut album "Hey Living People" and won a lot of fans with their horror-inspired lyrics, powerful compositions, vibrant covers of Dead or Alive, Billie Eilish, or Midnight Oil, and theatrical performances. The mastermind behind the project is singer Felix Heldt, who has made a name for himself as a songwriter and producer for bands like Feuerschwanz and Visions Of Atlantis. As Dominum's frontman Dr. Dead, he takes listeners into the world of the undead and tells stories of zombies, the struggle for survival, and an insatiable greed for more. With the debut album, Dominum conquered European stages as a support act for scene giants such as Bruce Dickinson, Avantasia, Feuerschwanz, and Peyton Parrish or through celebrated festival shows in front of tens of thousands of fans. At the end of 2024, the second installment followed. The zombie metal combo unleashed the undead again with "The Dead Don't Die" and climbed this time into the top 10 of the charts. In addition to ten new tracks, Dominum served a fat cover version of the Scorpions' belter "Rock You Like A Hurricane." With their two albums, Dominum was also regularly seen in Pratteln over the past few years. In December 2023, they presented themselves in the opening act for the Apocalyptic Riders for the first time to fans. In December 2024, they were guests with Feuerschwanz again. In December 2025, the next performance followed as a special guest of Battle Beast. Meanwhile, the power zombies have developed from a premium opener to the main act and will come to Pratteln in December 2026 with their third album, which will be launched at the sold-out Rockharz Festival in July, for the first time as headliners.

Since 2009, SUBWAY TO SALLY has been concluding the year with the Eisheiligen Nacht – an indoor festival where the band joins forces with friendly artists and transforms the last days of the year into a loud, exuberant concert party.

Under the headline "We Will Folk You," the Eisheilige Nacht 2026 is marked by a special friendship: SUBWAY TO SALLY and FIDDLER’S GREEN have been shaping the folk and rock scene in the German-speaking world for about 35 years. Both bands have found their own ways to blend traditional sounds with modern rock energy – one with medieval and folk metal, the other with Irish speed folk. On tours and festivals, their paths have crossed time and again, turning colleagues into allies and finally into close friends.

In 2026, SUBWAY TO SALLY and FIDDLER’S GREEN will share the top of the line-up and make it clear together what the evening is going to be: a single, big, loud, danceable explosion. The hosts SUBWAY TO SALLY will delve deep into their now multi-decade spanning discography and combine classics with newer songs. FIDDLER’S GREEN will bring all their live experience: fast tunes, sing-along choruses, and the typical Irish drive that leaves no moment of stillness.

This package is further enhanced by MANNTRA, bringing their powerful, dark mix of rock, metal, and folk elements to the stage, as well as SAINT CITY ORCHESTRA, who will provide additional movement in the audience with their vigorous folk-rock and punk influences. Orden Ogan is at the forefront of modern Power Metal – dark, melodic, and technically skilled. Classic metal structures meet cinematic breadth and a strong sense of atmosphere and storytelling. In January 2027, Orden Ogan will come to the Z7 with their new masterpiece "Lords Of The Grave" – and will bring along the Finnish folk metal giants Ensiferum as a high-profile special guest. Band leader Sebastian "Seeb" Levermann explains: "Although we come from different subgenres, our styles complement each other excellently. This tour combines epic force, melody, and intensity at the highest level – exactly what both bands stand for."

Germany's melodic power institution Orden Ogan is set to provide a strong start to the concert year 2027. The new tour will kick off on January 7th in Munich, one day after the release of the new album "Lords Of The Grave". With two consecutive top-3 albums ("Final Days" and "The Order of Fear"), a nearly completely sold-out headline tour in 2025, and massive festival shows that have long reached headliner level, Orden Ogan is among the dominating forces of modern Power Metal. Hardly any band in the scene combines epic storytelling, monumental live shows, and such a loyal fan base at this level. After their joint tour with Wind Rose, Orden Ogan is now announcing their biggest and most ambitious concert tour to date: the "Tour Of The Grave". The new album marks the next stage of development for the band. Musically, "Lords Of The Grave" continues the course uncompromisingly: darker, heavier power metal interspersed with massive walls of guitars, sublime melodies, and choruses made for arenas. U.D.O. - Triple Anniversary Tour 2027

UDO IN CELEBRATION MOOD

Udo Dirkschneider is celebrating a triple anniversary in 2027! 75 – 40 – 20 is the magic formula: The German metal legend turns 75, his formation U.D.O. has been around for 40 years, and in the anniversary year, he will release album number 20. With the “Three Times Anniversary Tour,” U.D.O. will come to Pratteln in January to celebrate a big party with the Swiss fans.

Actually, Udo Dirkschneider was supposed to follow in his father’s footsteps and take over the family tool factory in Wuppertal. But as his musical commitment grew stronger, he had to make a decision at a young age: “Take over the company, or step into madness – so I stepped into madness.” Luckily for all metal fans. With his bands Accept, U.D.O., or Dirkschneider, the singer has written music history over the last five decades and has become the epitome of the Teutonic metal frontman. Since the 80s, his distinctive voice has shaped countless metal classics. Udo is a true icon of the genre, continually redefining its history. This is also true in 2027. A big year for the musician, as Udo will celebrate his 75th birthday on April 6. He gives himself the best gift. With his formation U.D.O., he will deliver - just in time for the tour kick-off - the twentieth studio album since the band's founding in 1987. The “Three Times Anniversary” release tour will once again bring Udo and his fellow musicians to us at Z7 in January. One thing is clear, when Dirkschneider stands on our stage, it will be anthemic, brutal, and authentically over the top. For the last U.D.O. gig with the top-ten album “Touchdown,” Tinu from Metal Factory wrote: “They came, played, and tore the place apart. It was a great evening for a seasoned band that still has a hell of a lot to say in metal.”

The great Teutonic metal parade is rolling in. Led by the Ruhrpott legends Grave Digger, a massive, loud, and uncompromising metal package is coming to Pratteln in January 2027. The Motocultor Across Europe Tour returns in winter 2027 with full force. Led by the Italian symphonic power metal legends Rhapsody Of Fire, who are celebrating their 30th anniversary with a very special setlist, the tour package promises an epic journey through the European metal landscape. Special guests Serious Black are also on board.

From January 7 to February 6, 2027, the Motocultor Across Europe Tour will travel through eleven countries, once again bringing a carefully curated selection of international metal acts to the stage. ROCK RADIO HITS THAT GET UNDER YOUR SKIN

Since the release of their debut album in 2006, the alternative rockers Takida have been living in the fast lane. With their mainstream-ready rock radio material, the band initially won over their home country and eventually all of Scandinavia. Ever since the release of the 2024 album "The Agony Flame," the multi-Platinum musicians have been convincing rock fans across Europe with their catchy songs.

They lead radio airplay charts, perform in increasingly larger venues, and bring their unmistakable sound to a continuously growing fan base. The Swedish multi-Platinum group Takida is rushing from success to success. In 2023, the band embarked on their biggest tour to date, taking them through sold-out arenas in their home country and onto major festival stages throughout Europe, including one of the main stages at Wacken Open Air. Their "Smoke & Mirrors" tour in April 2024 continued the success story with sold-out shows in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. With the latest album "The Agony Flame," their recognition increased even further. The band also made its debut on the Swiss charts with this album.
